SpaceX will develop the United States military space internet.
SpaceX has been awarded a $2.29 billion contract to accelerate the development of the U.S. Space Force’s low Earth orbit (LEO) communication “backbone.” The infrastructure will also be central to the Golden Dome missile defense system.
