In April, Italian exports to non-EU countries grew by 11.3% year-on-year, with strong increases towards China, Switzerland, and the United States. Imports from Mercosur and OPEC countries also accelerated, while the trade surplus rose to 3.85 billion euros despite the impact of the energy deficit.
